Spring Blossom Painting and Drawing Workshop

Join in for a one-day painting and drawing workshop at the Undercroft Learning Centre of Worcester Cathedral. This workshop is designed to inspire your creativity with a focus on spring blossom and foliage, using acrylic paints. Suitable for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, you'll receive one-on-one tuition and group demonstrations to help you develop your skills.

The day will begin with a warm welcome, followed by a session on basic drawing techniques to help you compose your artwork. You'll also explore the styles of renowned artists like Monet and Van Gogh, with a special focus on the oriental influence in foliage painting and gilding Japanese screens. Acrylics, known for their versatility, will be used throughout the day, with guidance on colour mixing and application techniques.

Cost: £45 (includes all painting and drawing materials)
